October 6, 2004
In accordance with District Code Section 2.08.010, the TDPUD minutes are action only
minutes. All Board meetings are recorded on audio tapes which are preserved perpetu-
ally and made available for listening to any interested party upon their request.
The special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District was
called to order at 4:08PM in the TDPUD Board room by President Maass.
ROLL CALL: Directors Joe Aguera, Ron Hemig, James Maass, Patricia Sutton and Nelson
VanGundy were present.
EMPLOYEES PRESENT: Scott Terrell, Mary Chapman, Kathy Neus, Steve Hollabaugh, Peter
Holzmeister, Ed Taylor, Jim Wilson, Mark Thomas, Ian Fitzgerald, Joe Horvath, Neil Kaufman
and Barbara Cahill.
CONSULTANTS PRESENT: Bob Rauch
OTHERS PRESENT: Juanita Schneider, Tom Ballister, Bill Thomason, Bruce Douglas, Tim
Taylor and Mike Brown

There was no public input.
WORKSHOP ITEM
DISCUSSION OF THE DISTRICT'S STRATEGIC PLAN
Consultant Bob Rauch facilitated the District's strategic plan workshop, using a flip chart to out-
line responses from the board and staff and to expand on the strategic direction of the District.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 PM.

The Board and staff continued the discussion of the District's strategic issues with Bob Rauch
as the facilitator.

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:33 PM.
