November 25, 2003
In accordance with District Code Section 2.08.010 the TDPUD minutes are action only minutes. All
Board meetings are recorded on audio tapes which are preserved perpetually and made available for
listening to any interested party upon their request.
The special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District was called to order at
4:04 PM in the TDPUD Board room by President Hemig.
ROLL CALL: Directors Joe Aguera, Ron Hemig, James Maass, Patricia Sutton and Nelson VanGundy were
present.
EMPLOYEES PRESENT: Mary Chapman, Steve Hollabaugh, Peter Holzmeister, Kathy Neus, Tammie Hoede-
man,Alan Harry, Ed Taylor and Barbara Cahill
CONSULTANTS PRESENT: None
OTHERS PRESENT: Paul Raymore

DISCUSSION OF THE DRAFT BUDGET FOR 2004 AND RELATED ISSUES
Mr. Holzmeister distributed a handout to cover the District's overall financial picture:
➢ Electric budget comparison of last twelve month actual and 2004 budget
➢ Water budget comparison of last twelve month actual and 2004 budget
➢ Strategic Plan Projects
➢ Analysis of electric and water reserve goals
➢ Status of land sale trust fund
➢ Electric facilities fees and 2004 budget projects
➢ Water facilities fees and 2004 budget projects
➢ Electric rate comparison: current and proposed
➢ Residential water rate comparison: current and proposed
➢ Commercial water rate comparison: current and proposed
➢ Electric and water connection charges: current and proposed
➢ Electric facilities fee: current and proposed
Director Maass moved and Director Van Gundy seconded, a motion to hold a public hearings on the 2004
budget and ordinance increases of water and electric rates, facility fees and connection charges on December
17, 2003.
ROLL CALL: All Directors, aye. SO MOVED.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 PM.
