The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public
Utility District met in regular meeting at the office of the
District on Main St, Truckee at 8 P.M., C.;..Smith, President,
presiding.
Upon roll ca 11 the following members ',Fere noted present:
B.Tonini, W.F.1dilkie, Jr., and C.-Smith.
The minutes of the previous meeting Yrere approved as read.
The following bills were read and on motion regular made and
Carried were ordered paid:

The report of the water District for the period from Jan.I to
June 30 was submitted. Manager Edmunds reported that Mr.Harry Straine,
public accountant had checked the water records and assisted in complj.ng
the report submitted. The water Fund being overdrawn the Board auth-
orized the transfer of $500 from the electric account to the water ..
fund and the :work of developing a sufficient grater supply was ordered
completed. New homes contempl� ed in the Gateway subdivision will also
necessiated an extension of the trains of the District. The pump having
broken during the days work and repairs now being made on the same the
meeting adjourned so that Manager Edmunds could get back on the job.
No further business, Board adjourned.
