The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Bublic
Utility District meet in regular Meeting at the office of the District
on '"ain St. , Truckee at 8 C- -Smith, president, presiding.
Upon roll call the following members were noted present:
B.Tonini, 1,.2.1 ilkie,Jr. , and C.E.Smith.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Communication from T.L. Chamberlain under date of august 14
enclosing copies of the, agreement between the District and the Southern
Pacific Co. relative to right-of-way was read and thn motion regularly
made and carried the president and actin:, :secretary were authorized to
sign the same on behalf of the District.
Communication from C-C.Chapman of the emigrant Trails Auto Camp
a.zider date of August 9aa.s read relative to his bill and the rates of the
District. r "Mmunds stAbed that he had talked �,,-Jith Ik'r. Chapman and
had also written hire asking him to meet%-,,ith the Board at 8 06Clock this
evening. Mr. Chapman failed to aypear.
The following bills were read and on motion made and carried
were ordered paid:

In the matter of the installation of Fire hydrants in the Gateway
Park subdivision after some discusion the Board decided to take no action
at this time.
