The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public
Utility District met in regular meeting at the office of the
District on amain St., Truckee at S F.M., C.E.smith, president,
presiding.
Upon roll call the following members were noted present:
B.Tonini, W,F.Wilkie .Jr. and C.E*Smith.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were read and on motion made and carried
were orddred paid:

Communications were read as follows:
From TI.Chamberlain under date veb.4 relative to collections
refered to manager.
Prom Frank E.Short under date Feb.IO relative to Sierra Tavern
account -filed.
Manager 3dmunds reported on the proposed lease between Truckee
Outing Club and the District and the matter was ordered refered
to Mr. Chamberlain for further advice.
No further business appearing, Board adjournede
