The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public
Utility District met in regular meeting at the office of the
District on Main St., Truckee at 8 P.M., C..Smith, president,
presiding*
Upon roll call the following members were noted present:

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
