July 27, 1943
The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public
Utility District met in regular meeting at the office of the District
on Main St., Truckee at 8 P.I,i., C._�.Smith, president, presiding.
Upon roll call the following members -were noted present :
-. L. Loynd and C.1:. Smith. ( Geo. Pace -absent -out of town)
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following bills ,,ere read and on motion made and carried
were ordered paid:

Uncollectable bills to the amount of �47.32 were presented to
the Board and it was moved and carried that they be written off the
Books.
The following communications were read:
From P.G.Scadden enclosing check for use of office to the amount
of $3.00. It was moved and carried that the check be turned over to
the Truckee Chamber of Commerce.
From T.L.Chamberlain under date of July 2I relative to purchase
of ItilcGlashan 1;ater Co.--refered to manager for answer.
From T.L.Chmaberlain under date of July 23 enclosing deed and bill
of sale and agreement %'aith McGlashan hater Co.- The same being accept-
able to the Board the president and acting ale-rk were instructed to
execute the same on behalf of the District.
The accountants report for the month of June for the Electric and
water departments was presented to the Board and after perusual was
ordered filed.
No further business appearing. Board adjourned
