The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public Utility
District met in regular meeting at the office of the District on
Main St., Truckee at 8 P Ki., C E Smith, President, presiding,
Upon roll call the following members were -got ed present:

Supervisor Loehr :appeared before the Loard regarding right of way
across District's property south of tl,e Truckee river. Ty anager
Edmunds reported that he had gotten in touch with D:Ir. Joerger by
phone and that he had stated he would be ur in Truckee within a
few days. A letter dated February 14th and a host card dated
February 16t.h from iylr. Joerger were read wherein he stated that
on account of illness in the farrlil-y he would not 'Le a� le to get ur -
unti l sometime later this week. D!.�na cr Ed-mundc was directed to
send a cony of the deed presented 1 y the County to Vr, Champ er?.ain
with instructions to have hire draw ur a neiR:! deed granting an easement
of the right of way required k. y tr e County .

TTanag er Edmunds reported that he had a r,tatemFnt from AL. Cook the
nluml er who thawed Yr. Owens nines in which he stated that the
trout le was in the service nines to the Owens residence. To satis-
fy Mr. Owens over the expense incurred it wa c -iov ed and carried that
the District would contribute �1G.G0 toward the exrPnse h e had in-
curred.
