Thw members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public
Utility District met in regular meeting at the office of the
District on I'lain St., Truckee at 8 P.14., C . F. Smith , president,
presiding.
Upon roll call the following members were noted present:
E.L.Loynd and C.F. Smith (A.Feee, a'- sent )
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were read and on motion made and carried
were ordered paid:

Supervisor H.Loehr appeared before the Board relative to right -
of -Way for County Road across the Districts land on the South
side of the Truckee River. A deed having been received from our
attorney m . L . Cha�mb erla in Tra at— i- ng anew sement for t1j e proposed
road across this property and the terms and the conditions therein
being in accord with the desires of the Board, it was moved and
carried thatChairman Smith and acting secretary Edmunds be
authorized and instructed to execute the said deed in the name
of the District.
the electric and water reports for the month of January was
submitted by Accountant White and afetrperusual by the Board
members they were ordered filed.
