F. Smith , president, presiding. Upon roll call the following members were noted present: E.L.Loynd and C.F. Smith (A.Feee, a'- sent ) The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. A deed having been received from our attorney m . L . Cha�mb erla in Tra at— i- ng anew sement for t1j e proposed road across this property and the terms and the conditions therein being in accord with the desires of the Board, it was moved and carried thatChairman Smith and acting secretary Edmunds be authorized and instructed to execute the said deed in the name of the District. the electric and water reports for the month of January was submitted by Accountant White and afetrperusual by the Board members they were ordered filed.
