Upon roll call the following members were noted present, E L Loynd C E Smith The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Pace as director it was Moved and carried that BW Reynolds be appointed to serve out the unexpired term of A . Pace. Discgeelon followed relative to the curtailment of service to the District's customers. Letters were read from the Bureau of Reclamation, Sacramento, relative to proposed line from Shasta Dart connections to Reno and also letter written under date of March 25 to the Chairman of the Power Committee of Reno and Sparks from the District offering to cooperate in obtaining Shasta Power.
