Straine & Sons, was submitted to the Board. Manager Edmunds reported thtt the receipts and disbursements of the Electric and Water Depts. as contained in the report had been advertised in the Sierra Sun as required by law. After perusal of the reports by the Directors the same were ordered filed. A copy of a letter written by attorney Chamberlain to theDivision of Highways under date of April 15, relative to cost of relocation of certain poles due to change in highway location was read and referred to Manager. Manager Edmunds asked that the next regular meeting of the Directors on May 10 be postponed until May 17th so that he might attend a convention of the American Public Power Association in Los Angeles. It was so moved and carried. In the matter of improvements in our water system the Manager was instructed to endeavor to get an engineer to aprear and consult with the Board relative to the same*
