The members of the Board of Directors mf the Truckee Public Utility
District met in regular meeting; at the office of the District on
igain St., Truckee at 8 P M. , E L Loynd, President, presiding.
Upon roll call the following directors were noted present:

The minutes of the meeting of June 28th were read and approved.

No word having been received from L Cedric MacaY,ee on the prelimin-
ary engineering; survey for the purposed �-ond issue, further consider-
ation was laid over until next meeting.
A letter was read from Juran & Moody, Bond brokers of St. Pain_, under
date of July 1, expressing interest in our proposed water c:ond issue.
Manager Ed ►unds reported that he had received fr,-)m the Coi.inty Assessor
figures showing an assessed valuation within our District of
7$C, 760.00. This information had Leen passed along to engineer
-- Macabee.
Manager Edmunds reported that Mr. R. A Scott, manager of the Truckee
Branch, Bark of America had telephoned and stated tht his San Francisco
headquarters had requested the District to have Mr. Chamberlain
again render his opinion on the legality of a bank loan to the District.
This opinion had been requested from Mr. Chamberlain and should be
received in a day or two.
Manager reported that he had ordered some copies of the aerial survey
made by the Highway Dept of the town of Truckee, for the use of the Dist.
No further business appearing, Board adjourned,
