Upon roll call the following directors were noted present: C R Heller B W Reynolds E L Loynd The minutes of the meeting of February 14th were read and approved. The application for advance for plan preparation to be submitted to the Community Facilities Service as forwarded from engineer Macabee was again read and the attached Resolution was introduced and on motion made and unanimously carried, the application was ordered to to forwarded to the proper authorities. In .further consideration of the development of water around Donner Lake, it was moved and carried that a tax of .05 on the hi.i.ndred dollars be placed on the Donner Lake annexed territory for the ensuing fiscal year, and that tY e proper County officials be notified of this action. Manager Edmunds reported that '-,e had met with Mr. Letcher, Field Representative of the REA, relative to t'-,e nossi' i. lity of a - 1_oan from that Cody to assist in. the develop -rent of the District. He also stated that a meeting had r Pen ?-,eld at Tahoe with represent- atives from that territory who were also interested ;n ortaining assistance if possi'�le in develoring a cheaper source of electric power. Mr. Letcher had assured us that money iti:ould be available if and when our District had a plan for developing our services. A further study of the possitilities leading up t-) a loan will be made. Edmunds reported that new office k utldings being wilt by R. Joseph in the Gateway area, were being guilt over right-of-wayk obtained by the District for its pipe line. He stated that he would notify Attor- ney Chamberlain to take what ever action was appropriate. No further business appearing, Board adjourned Ex-Officio Secretary en
