The members of the Board -of Directors of the
Truckee Public Utility
District met in regular meeting at the office
of the District on u
Main St., Truckee at 2 :30 P M. , in the absence
of chairman Loynd,
C R Heller presided.
Upon roll call_ the following directors were noted present:

The minutes of the meeting of August 29th were read and annroved .

Legal notice calling for bids for serving the new high school
with light and power as advertised in the Sierra Sun was read, and
it was moved and carried that the manager be authorized to submit
a bid to serve the high school at a rate of 2¢ per KWH, the District
to pair the cost of all expense of servicing the same.
Mr. Cashill and Mr. Nesbit who were to appear before the Board at
this meeting to discuss the engineering bill of Mr. Macabee, for
the preliminary engineering of a water system around Donner Lake,
notified Director Heller that dije to the absence of Director Loynd
it would be agreeable with them to meet with the Board at their
meeting on September 26th.
In the matter of the offer of the District made to the Truckee
Sanitary Board to tare over the garbage coll,.ection it was noted
that no reply had been received.
No further business appearing,
