The members of the Board of Directors of the Trucl.ee Public
Utility District met in regular meeting at the District office
on Main St . , Trucl":ee, at 2 : 30 P Y1. , L. Loynd, ?resident,
presiding,
Upon roll. call the following directors were noted present:

A communication was read from the Tallop.-Truckee Unified School District
under date of Oct. 31, also their enclosed letters from Gordon
Stafford, Architect, dated Oct. 30, and from Electrical Engineer,
Carl R. Koch, under date of Octol er 24, .relative to points of service
trouMht up in the Districts letter of October 6, and questioning
tr e ability of t- F Districts 2300 volt primor%, service to satisfactoril,
serve the school. The Letters were rPfer.red to Te'anager Edmunds for
answer.
In the matter of L Cedric Macab ee l s . i l?_ to the amount of "1200.0 ',
the r_.a.yment of this account was laid over until the funds of the
District would permit drawing of a check for the same.
The purposed sale of the i%Teadow Lake Fare: land was laid over for
consideration in the early suing of 1951.
No further business appearing, Tcoard ad iourned.

their letter of Oct 31, relative to serving the new high school
and setting forth the reasons wll-.%r the District was capalle of
providing well regulated relia'c.le service to the school. Tre
letter was ordered sent to tY at bod-r.
In view of the financial co,�di.tion of tl-e District it wa.s moved and
seconded that a check be drawn to t� e amour.t of t4l1200. to Engineer
L. Cedric i.aca';-ee for his services in drawing un a preliminary .plan
for serving water to the Donner Lake area.
