Heller presiding. The Board instructed the manager to have the terms drawn up in an agree- ment by Attorney Chamberlain, after being approved by R Joseph. A letter under date of Sept 15 to 'Attorney Chamberlain relative to the Sierra Pacific Power Co serving customers inside the original -~ boundaries of our District was read, also a copy of a letter dated Sept 20, from Attorney Chamberlain to the Sierra Pacific Power Co. relative to the same. Financial report of the condition of. the Electric and Water Funds was submitted to the Directors b17 the �2anager.
