The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Pu'cl_ic Utility
District met in regular meeting at the office of the District on Main
St.. Truckee at 2:30 p m., Chas. Heller presiding.
Upon roll. call the following directors were noted present

Manager Edmunds submitted for the Boards consideration the outline
of an agreement between the District and R Joseph, providing for
the installation of water mains in a new Gateway subdivision. The
Board instructed the manager to have the terms drawn up in an agree-
ment by Attorney Chamberlain, after being approved by R Joseph.
A letter under date of Sept 15 to 'Attorney Chamberlain relative to
the Sierra Pacific Power Co serving customers inside the original
-~ boundaries of our District was read, also a copy of a letter dated
Sept 20, from Attorney Chamberlain to the Sierra Pacific Power Co.
relative to the same.
Financial report of the condition of. the Electric and Water Funds
was submitted to the Directors b17 the �2anager.
