The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public
Utility District met in regular meeting at the office of the
District on Main St., Truckee at 2:30 P m., E. L. Loynd, president,
presiding,

The Manager reported that no word had as yet been received from
the Sierra Pacific Power Co, in answer to the letter from 'Attorney
Chamberlain, relative to serving within the District.
The Manager reported that every effort wasbeing made to obtain some
additional copper wire to increase the capacitor of our line serving
the Lumber Co. who were experiencing poor voltage regulation,
The Manager reported that the District would the put to some consider-
alle expense re-routing our water and electric lines due to the
uild i ng of a new bridge over ti-e Truckee river,
