A communication was read from T L Chamberlain, under date of
January 30, relative to policy on main and service extensions
also one under same date relative to pipe line right-of-way
at Gateway.
A communication was read from Ferguson Bros. under dat b of
January 20, relative to adjustment of their outstanding bill
on account of alleged poor power supply. Also answer to the
same by Manager Edmunds, under date of Feb 8.
Manager Edmunds reported that at the recuest of Gerald E.
Levis , h e had endorsed an extension of the ort ion on the
iY:eadow Lake Park broperty .for another 30 days until March 10

able to handle the deal for this rroperty.
Chairman Loynd stated that he had received a copy of a proposed
lease from the American Legion Post, covFring the Truckee mall
park grounds, but had neglected to bring the same to the meeting.
He proposed bringing the matter up again at the next meeting.

The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public
Utility District met in regular meeting at the office of the
District, Main St., Truckee, 2:30 pm., E L Lovnd, president,
presiding.
Upon roll call the following; directors were noted present:

The minutes of the meeting of February 12th were read and approved.
The following bills were read and upon motion made and carried

The Manager presented some suggested terms to t e considered
between the Truckee Fire District and the Uti lit District
to cover the proposed annexed territory in the Gateway and
Meadow Lake area. After reading; the same the Poard meml.ers
approved the terms set forth and authorized the Manager to
present the same to N F Dolley, Truckee Fire Chief, together
with maps of that area showing; the location of the utility's
mains, which had been requested by the Truckee Volunteer Fire
Dept,
The financial statement of the Electric and Water Fund was
presented to the Board members for their perusal.
The Ranager submitted an outliNe of suggested capitol improve-
ments over a 5 and 10 year period. The first 5 year period
showed expenditures of *$2,225.00. The second 5 year period
showed expenditures of ?142,000.00. No action was taken and
the matter was .filed for future reference.
Chairman Loynd presented 3 copies of a proposed lease agreement
drawn up by the Truckee American Legion Post, covering the
:all park area at the intersecti-)n of highwa-Ts 40 and 89. tifter
some discussion Chairman Loynd stated h e would get some further
information relative to the use Df this field by the Tahoe -
Truckee Unified School District, and after al.!_ the information
had been gathered the matter would be submitted to :attorney
Chamberlain for approval.
No further business appearing, Board adjourned.
