The Manager brought up the matter 'of additional reservoir stor-
age at the tunnel site, also north of the highway near the High
School. Quotations were read from the Chicago Fridge and Iron Co.
for a 100,000 gallon steel tank at 4p9100. and from the G W Null,
Engineering Co. for a 100,000 gallon redwood tank at a cost of
$5953-59. Both costs to cover costs of _tanks erected complete
at site. The -natter was laid over for further consideration Pend-
ing the receipt of possible further quotations from other sources,
manager Edmunds advised. Director Heller that an election for Dir-
ector to fill his expired term would be necessar-iT in May of tr is
year, and that nomination papers could be obtaln.ed and filed
c etween Feb 24 and March 21st .

transportation and stated that he would ortain estimates on Dodge
power wagon and Jeeps.
The Manager ?.sought un the question of the District celerrat ing our
25th anniversary by having some printed seals rriade indicating our
25th anniversary and also having a nicelNr Printed a.rnual. .report
giving a Grief history of the District and% a sufi-nmary of our
operations. He stated that this sh culd not exceed the sum of
Ai�500. The Manager was requested to obtain some esti rues alid st�� -
mit at a later meeting.
The Dianager also reported the need for a new typewriter for the
office, together with a stand and chair. No action was taken.

District met in regular meeting at the, office of the D istrict on

W. Barrett entered the meeting at this time.
A dommunication was read under date of Feb 10 from T L Chamberlain
advising that no revenue stamps would be necessary on deed to G. Lewis,
Also letter dated Feb 14 addressed to Mr. T L Chamberlain advising
that Mr. Lewis agreed to pay all costs in connection with transfer
of land.
A communication was read under date of Feb 12 addressed to T L
Chamberlain, advising him of an agreement reached with the Sierra
Pacific Power Co and the Stockton Box Co. relative to new point
of service. Also a communication under date of Feb 16 from Mr.
T L Chamberlain to President Tracy of the Sierra Pacific Power Co.
proposing a written agreement covering the terms of a, new point of
service to the District.
A communication was read under date of Feb 16 from the Pittsburgh,
Des Moines Steel Co. quoting prices on steel tanks, also a communication
dated Feb 17 from R H Tecklenborg, advising that quotation on tank
would be made at a later date.
A discussion was had relative 6o the proposed cost of a new main
from the reservoir pipe down Spring St. to a . point near E. Main, No
action was taken.
The Manager reported that he had taken up with Manager Newsham of the
Telephone Co. the matter of Excise Tax exemption for the District on
Telephone bills, and that the telephone bills were now being received
less such tax, and that a refund may be expected for the past 3 years.
No further business appearing, Board adjourned.
