The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public Utility
District met in regular meeting at the office of the District on
Main St . , at 2 : 30 p m. , E L Loynd, president, presiding*
Upon roll call the following directors were noted present:

A communication from Paul H. Chamberlain under date of August 26th
relative to organization of Donner Lake Water Co. was read and
referred to manager with instructions to write letter to Jack
Waggoner, Chairman, Donner Lake Improvement Association asking for
their comments, also to P H Chamberlain, outlining position of
District.
Manager Edmunds reported that the State Board of Health was still
making tests in the Gateway Park area and system.
The Manager reported that satisfactory progress was being made
in cleaning out the tunnel reservoir and that the same should be
ready for cribbing and bracing within the next ten days.
No further business appearing, Board adjourned.
