The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public Utility
District met in regular meeting at the office of the District on

The Manager reported that service had been cut off at the �
Truckee Resort for non-payment and that also the Sportsmen p
owned C. Cason was discontinued for the same reason.
The i,.'Anager also reported. that Nor. Wise of the State Board of
Health had called up durinc the past week and asked that the
District continue to send weekly samples of the Gateway well. -
The %yianager reported that R Joseph had . paid 1145.00 for the
street lights installed in the Gateway area.
The Manager also reported that Mr. R. Saunders, Mgr. of the
Bank of America had inquired about the financial condition of
the District in connection with the Bank purchasing the Districts
note owing to E. Tonini forthe water system.
The Manager reported that no payment on principal or interest
had been received from G E Lewis on his note covering the purchase
of the Meadow Lake land. He stated that Mr. Lewis had advised
him that Mr. Chamberlain had stated that there would probably
be an amount of ;5000. which would be available from the Condemna-
tion settlement. He also stated that Mr. Chamberlain advised
that the case would be closed,as is, and not taken to a higher
court,
