The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public Utiliti'7
District met in regular meeting at the office of the District on
Main St., at 2 :30 P m. , E L Loynd, president, presiding.
Upon roll call the following directors were noted rresent :

A communication was read under date of Feb 17th from Paul H. Chamberlain
relative to agreement with Southern Pacific Co. regarding pipe line
crossing near S P depot of the old Matt Green System. Also letters of
February 16th from M L Jennings to Paul H. Chamberlain and Chamberlain
Chamberlain re1I-tive to same.
The Manager presented a signature card from tine Pank of America covering
the ',rater Fund and it was moved and carried that the chairman and acting -
secretary and Treasurer be authorized to sign the same.
D;=r. It. G. Parker Assist. Constr.. Surer. Union it Co. and a representative
of the Radiant Gass Heating Co. arreared before tle Poard. Yr. Parker
discussed the outstanding bill of tre Fletcher Corstruction. Co. it the
amount of srf54. 83 and agreed that the Union Oil Co. wo,a ld pay the same,
No further business appearing, Board adourned.
