The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public Utility District
met in regular meeting at the office of the District on Main St... at 2:30 p m. ,
E L Loynd, president, presiding.
Upon roll call the following directors were noted present:

The minutes of the meeting of November 9th were read and approved.
The following bills were read and upon motion made and carried were ordered

The devision of the Public Utilities Commission with reference to the application
of Joseph Sanders to abandon his water system was read wherein the same was de-
nied by the Commission, Also a communication under date of Nov 27th from. T L
Chamberlain commenting upon the same was read.
The Manager reported that Paul. R,ausch had stopped him on the street on Nov 19th
and stated that he had not forgotten about the amount due the District but that
he was still waiting to dispose of some hogs, after which he expected to make
payment on same,
At this point Director Heller excused himself from the meeting, _ jr
The Manager brought up the question of a new offices building for the District
and suggested that plans be prepared so that the matter could be #iven further
consideration, The Board instructed the Manager to endeavor to obtain the
services of a satisfactory architect to draw , up the plans and ascertain the cost
of such a building,
The report of Auditor White for the month of October for the Elec and Water Dept was
submitted to the Board and perusal of the same they were ordered filed.
