Chamberlain relative to the liability of the District in regards to the use . of the Iftekee Ball-. Park. , The Manager was instructed to inspect the facilities at the park and to. instruct those using the same to remedy any unsafe conditions that might appear. Also to have signs made and placed where in his judgement necessary., stating that the use of the premises was done at the users own risk. Mr. Elwood Buehler of the Meadow Lake area appeared before.. the .Board with reference to an agreement, dated Sept 1, 1951, covering the grant of a.. tract of land in that area, Letters were read under date of Feb 9, 1955 and June 24,P 1955 from the District to Mr. Buehler, stating that on account of nonoompliance with the conditions governing the disposal of land in this area, that the District. was repossessing the.parcel granted to him. Mr. Buehler outlined to the Board his building plans and asked for further time in which to start his building. It was moved and carried by the B oard that a 60 day extension be granted Mr. Buehler in which to comply with the District t s conditions.. On June 21st Directors, Heller, Neugebauer and Welch. 0gether with Manager Edmunds made an inspection tour of the District's water reservoirs and land hold &i.-, -and pumping sites.
