A letter was read under date of November 16th and one under date of November 25th from Paul H. Chamberlain, relative to 4n all, inclusive liability insurance policy. The matter was referred backf-' to the manager for further clarification with the representative of the Insurance Co. The pertinent facts in a communication dated November 22nd from the Division of Water Resources to the Lahontan Regional Water Pollution Control Board , relative to ground water conditions in the Gateway and Meadow Lake area was read, wherein certain advantages and disadvan#ages of locating wells in that area was set forth„ Communication was referred to manager for further action. The manager brought up the question of the District giving prizes for Christmas illumination in the homes and business places. It was moved and carried that three merchandise prizes be given in each classification - 25.- $15.- $10. The application of the Donner Lake Utility Co. for an extension of their certificate of public convenience and necessity,together with an amendment thereto was brought up for consideration and the manager was instructed to refer the same to Attorney Chamberlain as to any action that the District should take. The reports of Auditor White for the month of October for the Electric and Water were referred to the Board and after perusal of the same were ordered filed. No further business appearing, Board adjourned. -Officio Secretary President
