Upon roll call the following directors were noted present Hal. The Manager presented copies of a proposed agreement between Mitchell Van Bourg, architect of Oakland and the Di strict, covering the drawing of plans for a new District building. TheoManagarisuggested that the agreement and a proposed method of financing such a building by lease -purchase agreement be referred to Attorney, Paul H. Chamberlain for his opinion, and it was so ordered. r The Manager presented a proposed copy of an ordinance covering rules and regulations of the water service of the District, together with proposed increase in the rates and a charge for service connections. After some discussion the matter was laid over for further consideration at the next meeting of the Board. The matter of the application of the Donner Lake Utility Co. to extend water service around Donner Lake, together with an amendment to the same, was brought up before the Board and the same was ordered referred to Paul H.
