The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public Utility District met in
regular meeting at the office of the District on Main St., at 2:30 p m., C R Heller,
President, presiding.
Upon roll call the following directors were noted present

A comunication was read under date of November 29th from County Road Commissioner,
C J Smith, attaching a copy _ of ordinance No. 199 and quoting certain sections of
the statutes, relating to County highways and asking for the cooperation of the
District in compliance with these statutes and ordinances, The matter was
referred to the Manager.
The Manager presented copies of a proposed agreement between Mitchell Van Bourg,
architect of Oakland and the Di strict, covering the drawing of plans for a new
District building. TheoManagarisuggested that the agreement and a proposed method
of financing such a building by lease -purchase agreement be referred to Attorney,
Paul H. Chamberlain for his opinion, and it was so ordered.

The Manager presented a proposed copy of an ordinance covering rules and regulations
of the water service of the District, together with proposed increase in the rates
and a charge for service connections. After some discussion the matter was laid
over for further consideration at the next meeting of the Board.
The matter of the application of the Donner Lake Utility Co. to extend water
service around Donner Lake, together with an amendment to the same, was brought up
before the Board and the same was ordered referred to Paul H. Chamberlain for any
legal action that may be desireable.
