Manager Edmunds reported that he had consulted with Dr. L D Nelson during the recent storms relative to the safety of the water system and had also had telephone conver- sation with State Board of Health officials in Sacramento. Dr. Nelson had also had samples anQysed by the Hospital temfilciaan and had found the water in a satisfactory condition. The manager reported however, that with the approval of Dr. Nelson and the State Board of Health he haA been placing a small quantity of HTH in the reservoirs periodically and will continue to do so while the water showed signs of discoloration.
