it was moved and carried that Mr. Lewis be advised that the District
could not agree to removing the service restrictions on this property
and that the District would be willing to serve his plant and that a
deposit of $4000. would be required under an agreement by which this
amount would be returned by a discount of one-halp of his monthly bills
until the full a~nount had been returned, with a stipulated time limit to
be based upon the size and length of his operation, but not to exceed
a period of five years,
Manager Edmunds reported to the Board that J F Siegfried of Nevada City,
had been hired to survey a portion of the District's land along the Brockway
"—` Road that 11r. Hedlund was interested in obtaining for the site of trailor
court,
No further business appearing, Board adjourned.

The rr.embers of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public Utility District
met in regular :meeting at the office of the District on 1--lain St., at 9:30 a m.,
C R Heller, president, presiding.
Upon roll call the following directors were noted present .

Also present was Supt. R F Barth.
The minutes of the regular meeting of June 14th and the minutes of the
special meeting of June 18th were read and approved, and the following
bills were read and upon motion made and carried were ordered paid:

A communication was read under date of June 25, from C. Bernard White, Jr.
Consulting Engineer of Sacramento, regarding appraisal of the Donner Lake
line of the Sierra Pacific Power Co. dovering the scope of such appraisal
and the probable cost of same . It was moved and carried that i,ir. White
be instructed to proceed with the appraisal.
A ftmunication was read under date of June 261, from Paul H. Chamberlain
regarding the annual _financial statet�ent of the District. Co:: unication
was ordered filed.
A copy of the letter, under date of June 15th, sent by the District to
Albert W. Clayton, Reno, Nevada, regarding the di spo sit ion of the lot in
the Meadow Lake district, was read and ordered filed.
The Manager reported that the dump body formerly sold to Paul Rausch
had been resold to Gale gown, who had agreed to complete the outstanding
payments at 420. per month until the total of �'100. reYriaining had been paid.
Auditor Whitei s report for the month of I11ay was presented to the Board azzd
after perusal by the sane was ordered filed.
Manager Edmunds reported that 1r. 'McKenzie, accompanied by 11r. Andre had been
in the office and taken some notes, preliminary nary to havincr Andre survey
and plot the land in the rear of the California Inspection Station, and Mr.
I-icKenzie had stated that he hoped to have the plans ready to lay before the
Board at an early date.
Manager Edmunds also reported that ice. J F Siegfried, surveyor from l4evada
City was completing the survey of the land along the Brockway road in which
x. Hedlund, Sr. was interested as a site for a trailor court, and that a
plot of the s&me should be ready within a few days.
No further business appearing, Board adjourned.
