Frank Gaiannie of the Sierra Pacific Power Co. had called at the office and discussed the various metering connections with the District and had stated that the connection with the Burney Lumber Co. had not been approved by the State Utilities Commission and that they were insisting that this metering point be not in- cluded in the overall charges to the District each month, and it was the contention of Mr. Lowe -,.that it would be necessary for; the Sierra Pacific Power Co to bill the District separately for this connection. Manager Edmunds stated that this would clean a reduction of about one half of the profit to • the District from the Burney billing'. A discussion took place relative to the charges of the Sierra Patric Power Co. and it was moved and carried that we ask the Sierra Pacific Power Co. for a reduction in rates.
