The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public Utility District met in an regular meeting at the office of the District on Main Street, at 9:30 AM. Upon roil call the following Directors were noted present: H. M. Welch -Dan Horman-George Kaspian-Jack Neugebauer Also present: Daven Morey, Cecil Edmunds, M. C . Leh and Chet Doerr. The minutes of the regular meeting of October 30, 1958 were present- ed to each Director and upon motion wade and carried were approved as presented* It was moved by Director Neugebauer and seconded by Director Kaspian the bills of November 13, 1958 be paid. Gifford. The Petition was read to the board. Paul H. Chamberlain was to be advised and notify board as to legality of said petition. The Board moved the firm of Harry M . Straine and sons be keep on through the month of November, then discharged of monthly audits. Betty Kielhofer entered the meeting. B. R. King, Jr. entered the meeting. Mrs Kielhofer notified the board an attorney in San Francisco had con- tacted her and inquired as to the possibilities of leasing and construc- ting Golf course. He was to be notified to appear at the next meeting of November 26th. Jack Rice entered the meeting. He asked the board to consider the sale of three acres of land, surrounding in a L shape around his Trailer Court, with a 701 frontage. Bids to be opened December llth. It was moved by Director Neugebauer and seconded by Director Horman the three acres be put up for bid and sale. Mr. Leh, of George S. Erskine, Engineers, gave a full report on the Districts system (Electric). He suggested the District sectionalize the lines and install reclosers right away. Notification of bids was to be gotten out right away for 5 - 30 Reclosers and 6 - 10 Section- alizers. Bids to be opened December llth, Discussion was held on purchasing a Back Hoe, but no decissions were road e . There being no further business the meeting was ajourned. R ` 3 i ;fj H.
