Upon roll call the following Directors were noted present: Edmunds, Horman, Russell Absent: Rose, King Also present: Daven Morey, Harold Harden, H. Redford, Eve Hallett, Mrs. C . Edmunds, Minutes of the regular meeting of February 23, 1960 were presented to each Director and upon motion made and carried were approved as presented. Minutes March 8, 1960 Continued C2 Quilici House, Truck charge and Materials used. They advised they will not reimburse State for these items, The Board felt they should wait until the State contacts District further, Correspondence was read under date of March 3rd from Mark Leh advising, the District to continue it's efforts to obtain low- cost U.S .B .R, power. Attached were two letters from Senator Engle to Cone Hunter at Portola, urging the applications to the Bureau of Reclamation for Trinity power. some.... File papers on the Hirsdale Dam site were presented to the board for their approval. It was the boards feeling the f iling fee was quite high and asked Director Edmunds to check on cost of filing. A Resolution, prepared by Director Edmunds, was read to the board. This resolution was drawn up in an attempt to govern the distri- bution and uses of the waters of the'j Truckee River system and other river systems on the astern slope of the Sierra Nevach mountains . It was moved by Director Horman and second by Director Russell the Resolution be adopted. There being no further business the meeting was alourned. -, B . R . SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER LINES To Be Installed By TRUCKEE HEIGHTS, INCORPORATED 1 a Depth of ditch will be a minimum of 36 inches, Bottom` of ditch and first six inches of backf ill shall be of rock free dirt i.e., no rock in excess of 1 " diameter 2 o Size of Main from Cemetery to Olympic Heights Subdivision and Eastern boundry of Unit 1, will be not less than 6" O.D -o, 10 94uge. All connecting mains between Units will be 6' O.D. Size of Mains within the subdivision will be not less than 4" O.D Q 3. All pipe will be Steel Double dipped and asphalt wrapped, with O-ring type rubber gasket joints* 6 inch O.D o pipe will be not less than 10 gauge 4 inch O.D. pipe will be not less than 10 gauge 4. Shut --off valves will be installed in accordance to location on map. Six valves will be installed. o Valves will be standard Crane Valves used in District of equivalent to. 5. All installations are sub; ;ect to inspection and approval by the District 6. Truckee Heights, Incorporated will obtain all rights of way and easements required to install water lines o Upon completion all water lines shall be dedicated to the District 7. No service laterals are to be installed by Truckee Heights, Incorporated*
