Correspondence was read under date of March 28, 1960, from Paul H.
Chamberlain, relative to the ommission of the revERsion clause put in
the deed in the event of violation of the reservations, conditions
and restrictions set forth within. It was Mr. Chamberl a.in" s
suggestion to the Board to cross out the paragraph to reference to
such a reversion clause.
It was moved by Director Edmunds and seconded by Director Russell
the deed be refered to Mr. Chamberlain and have him contact Mr. Goldwater,
attorney for Mr. Lewis, and between the two of them draw up a deed
satisfactory to the District and Mr. Lewis.
Director Edmunds advised he had talked with Mr. McQuire, relative
to water survey of District and he reported he had not completed
the mapping and would try and have a report ready for the next
meeting.

to a meeting in Paul Chamberlainks office to
of a complaint against Sierra Pacific Power
Edmunds and Chairman King will meet with Mr. Leh
n at 11AM on April 22, in the office of Paul
cuss the above matter.
Mr. Bob Morrow, of the Donner Trails Real Estate, appeared before
the Board relative to agreement in deed for the construction of a
lake for recreation purposes. He advised he has been unable to
find a buyer for the lake and due to the cost of construction and
hazard it would prevail for children, he would like to discuss
another use for the lake site.
It was the Board's feeling they would go along with any modification
Mr. Morrow felt necessary for his protection. Mr. Morrow advised
the Board as soon as the water goes down he will start work and
check with the Board members on plans and progress.
Cal l ie Kydd appeared before the Board. She presented a bill for
the repairs on a furnace motor which she said was burned out due to
low voltage. It was suggested a voltage recorder be placed on the
inside and outside of building to check voltage and a report be
made at the next meeting.
Clarence Osburn appeared before the Board. He discussed the work to
be done on the golf course. He advised Clements Rock Products would
let them use one of their motor graders and he would need to hire
some workers to hand rake the fairways..
It was moved by Director Russell and seconded by Director Edmunds,
Clarence Osburn be made supervisor of the golf course.
It was suggested thak Mr . Osburn write Bob Baldock and have him
look over the work to be done and lay out specifications on same.
It was moved by Director Edmunds and seconded by Director Russell,
Mr. Osburn be authorized to obtain grader from Clements and hire
necessary men to do the planned work.
Chairman King advised the Board he had answered five applicants
for the position of General Manager and had received 4 replys -
al l wanting the job, It was brought to the Board's attention Mr. Ray
Barth had contacted a member of the Board and W&. ;hed an interview with
the Board for the position of General Manager. The Board advised
they would meet with Mr. Barth, Friday evening at 8 o'clock in
executive session.
Discussion was held on obtaining a fifth Director. It was decided
to hold over the discussion until next meeting.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
