Manager stated a proposed agreement between Nevada County and this District as prepared by attorneys for Prosser Lake Heights covering bond issues to install facilities as well as performance bond to this District was now ready for acceptance. Manager read the agreement. Chairman Edmunds advised Manager to N inform Developer that no action will be taken until a log of well showing result Of 48 hour test pumping and potability tests from Dept. of Health are received by this District. As soon as reports are available, Board will give further consideration to acceptance of agreement. Unfinished business: R. Joseph, no report, Hilltop Lodge, no report, Fred Morris, no report, REA, Manager reported Mr. Reisi.ng called from Sacramento advising answer to question of $52,000.00 additional required funds should be, from the revenue of District. The Board instructed the Manager to immediatel4 inform REA to expedite application without further delay* HHFA * Manager reported ' they will advise results of their consideration sometime after January 15th . Manager advised Board that stakes had not yet been set at Donner Trail lake aria and that Mrs. Popovich had instructed her engineers to take care of this at once. Manager reported Electric crews had fitarted to install electric service , at Deerfield Village Standard Station, Bird and Bottle Restaurant and Pfeifer Motel. Mr. Pfeifer objected to location of poles* He requested Manager advise him what approximate cost of underground service to Motel. Manager reported_ Xr. Pfeifer had contactedc Sierra Paci.ficsPgwer Co. for service at motel. Installation had beehahblted until` such time as matter can be. cleared_ up. Manager reported he had telephoned Mr. Erickson of Inter County Title. who will schedule meeting with Attorney Berliner tomorrow. Board instructed Manager to advise Mr. Pfeifer that this District welcomes his business and to be cooperative in all respects_ fully explaining the situation. Manager further instructed to obtain a letter from Go E . Lewis as to the understanding and purpose of quit claim deed granted by this District to him. _ 1 There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:10 P.M.
