Mr Henry Black re-entered the meeting. He advised he asked the office
girl to check records for report on the checking of his meter, Np
record was shown of check. He asked that a 24 Hr. . check be made. Mr.
Longo advised this check would be made.

electric bills paid be approved with authorization of $50.00 for postage.

It was .moved by Director McIver and second by Director Greenhouse the
payroll bills be approved, It was so carried,
The board advised the following bills be held over for approval at a
later date: George E. Miller-$1,780.00 and Ice Palace Survey-$770.79,
The Board instructed Mr. Longo to write a letter to Butch Beavers ad-
vising him of the receipt of a bill from William Grimm of the Nevada
Aerial Surveys in the amount of $107.25 for survey work done in the
connection with the sale of land to him, and that the District would
instruct Mr. Grimm to forward a copy of the bill to him for payment
also advise him a complete file and escrow papers were ready on the
land sale and the District would like to conclude the transaction as
soon as possible. Manager Longo stated he would do so immediately.
Manager Edmunds advised the Board met in executive session on January
19th to discuss personell problems, After the hearing it was the
Boards decision to lay off Eve Hallett, Bookkeeper and h ireMaren Sed-
gwick as Bookkeeper. Manager Longo advised Mrs. Sedgwick had left the
employment of the District and asked the boards permission to advertise
in Reno and Truckee papez for applicants* At the present time two ap-
plicants have applied and the Department of Employment has been notified.

Chairman Edmunds asked if the Saunders Property has been surveyed.
Manager Longo advised only inadequate maps were available and the
Division of Highways will furnish maps at an early date.
Manager Longo advised Mr* Pfeifer and Mr, Lewis of Deerfield Village
had advised they would bring a map in showing locations of street lights
desired, At this date they have not done so,
Chairman Edmunds expressed his concern over the financial position
of the District and urged all concerned to take notice.
There being no further business to bring before the board the meet-
ing was aj ourned at 4 :15 PM.

The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Public Utility
District met in a regular meeting at the office of the District on
Main Street, at 7:00 PM.
Upon roll call the following Directors were noted present:
C . Edmund,, Jo McIver , P . H . Greenhouse
Absent: Do Horman and E . Aweeka
Also Present: Fe Longo, P . Tonini, Mrs Cecil Edmunds and Paul

Director Horman arrived at 7:20 and Director Aweeka at 7:55.
The minutes of January 290 1963 were read. Director McIver advised
the Ice Palace Property mentioned was actually called the Ski Jump
property. With the mentioned correction the minutes were approved
as read.
The following statement of bank balances and bills paid and due
were presented to the board for approval.
