It was so carried, Discussion was held on the opening of the Golf Course. It was the boards opinion the Golf Course should not be allowed to open until a contract is signed between Jackie Jensen and the Utility District and $10, 000.00 is received. Manager Longo advised Mr. Loomis and Jackie Jensen will be present at the next meeting to present the board with their proposed contract. It was moved by Director McIver and second by Director Greenhouse the Water department repay loan made on October 30, 1962 by the Electric deparment in the amount of $ 734.00 . It was so carried. Correspondence was read under date of March 7, 1963 from Attorney McDonough directed.- to Assemblyman Lunard i relative to legislation enabling REA Loan participation. Manaqers Report Manager Longo presented 6 applications to the board for reviewal for the position of Bookkeeper and Treasurer of the District. Discussion was held and it was decided to contact Marilyn Midyett for a inter- view before the board at the next regular meeting, March 26, 1963. Resolution #6303 was read and layed over until a title search could be made estal3ishing clear title in the Deeds transfering the property to this District. Unfinished Business Hilltop Lodge- Harry Walters is persuing matter for Attorney Berliner, Fred Morris - No Report H.H.F.A. - No Report Saunders Property - Grimm unable to determine boundaries, There being nofurther business to bring before the board the meeting was a j ourned at 9:15 PM.
