Upon roll call the following Directors were noted present, C . Edmunds , E . Aweeka and P , H. Greenhouse a Also present: F. Longo and Mrs. Marilyn Midyett. The minutes of March 12 , 1963 were read and approved. Director Horman entered the meeting at 7:15 PM. The following statement of bank balances, bills paid and due were presented to the board for approval. ' Manager was instructed to advise Mr. Wright that no con- sideration would be given to ammending or excepting the existing spec- ifications for water main installation. A letter from Waltz Corporation covering transfer of water system at Armstrong Subdivision to this District was read, Manager advised the Board the meeting on Disaster relief held at Sacramento had not proven too productive, Much work must be done to qualify for these funds and that board action was needed for authorization. Resolution No. 6304 was read. Chairman Edmunds requested the members be polled. Manager called the roll, Ayes: Horman, Aweeka, Greenhouse, Edmunds, 'Noes: None, Absent: McIver. Chairman Edmunds declared Resolution carried. Manager read the preliminary title report on the land deeded to the District by Donner Trail Estates, Inc., comprising approximately of 100, 000 -square feet at the south boundary of Donner Trail Unit #1. Manager advised Resolution No. 6303 had been drafted to cover the acceptance of this deed. Chairman Edmunds stated the report given established good title and without lein and instructed the Manager to poll the Directors, Upon Roll Call Ayes: Aweeka, Horman, Greenhouse, Edmunds, Noes: None Absent: McIver, Chairman Edmunds declared Resolution of Acceptance carried and instructed the Manager to have the documents recorded, Manager Longo then read a bill of sale received from Waltz Corporation for the water mains located in Armstrong Subdivision, The value of these mains declared on the bill of sale is $39 , 439 , 7 0 , Chairman Edmunds asked if the District had been provided maps of the system. Manager stated the maps were on file in the District office,, The Manager then read Resolution of acceptance ,No. 6305. Chairman Edmunds instructed the Manager to poll the Directors, Upon roll call �.. Ayes: Horman, Aweeka, Greenhouse, Edmunds. Noes: None Absent: McIver. Chairman _Edmunds declared the Resolution of acceptance No. 6305 carried and instructed the 14anager to have the documents recorded. Chairman Edmunds requested the matters of unfinished business next be considered. Manager report4d no progress on Hilltop Lodge, Fred Morris and H.H.F.A. applications. Matter of Resolution #6303 previously de- termined in this meeting . Chairman Edmunds then called for . report on other business to be before the board.
