At this time Manager Longo Read Resolution 6310 and explained fully.
A discussion ensued,
Director Kaspian asked manager how much the District had spent on
011-ympic Heights to date. Manager reported around $2,000.00, 1
Director Kaspian stated he was against resolution as he felt the
District should not spend any more money,
Manager reported the 5 or 6 home in Olympic Heights were not getting
sufficient water supply.
It was moved by Director Kaspian and second by Director McIver
that resolutions 6310 and 6311 be tabled until the new members of the
Board acquainted themselves further with the Olympic Heights project.
The Board asked Mr. Longo to contact Mr. Sanders and notify him no
action had been taken and to invite Mr. Sanders to appear before the
board.
Correspondance
Manager Longo read a letter from District Attorney Harold Berliner
regarding Mr. Jensen's beer license. Attorney Berliner reported that
after A.B.C. examined documents, declared they were satisfied that -
there did exist a proper lease agreement and beer license would not
be denied for lack of lease. I
It was moved by Director McIver and second by Director Kaspian
that a donation of $25.00 be given to the Incorporation Committee
of the Chamber of Commerce*
It was moved by Director McIver and second by Director Spillner that
the pink slip to Jeep be given to A. Fulcher for $100.00

MANAGER* S REPORT I
At this ,time Manger brought up the extension line to Prosser Dam,
which was explained fully to the Board.
Manager Longo reported it would be several months before money would
be available from REA.
The District holds a note from C.S. Beavers in the amount of $35,000.00
which is secured by a deed of trust. The Bank of California will take
note and deed of trust and hold for collection. The Bank of California
will loan District $25,000.00 which can be used at this time for
water main and power line extension. The interest rate would be 4%.
Discussion ensued and Manager explained REA loan application.
Director Kaspian suggested Manager contact Mr. Leyton and get the
name of the contractor who is going to install ater tank at
Prosser Lake Heights, Manager stated it would take at least 60
days to put in the power line .

the water bills be paid as listed. It was so carried.

A discussion ensued regarding Aerial Survey bill in the amount
of $770.79. Manager Longo advised the board original bill was
$11CQ 00 for survey and record map of Ice Palace.
Resolution 6309
Manager Longo mead a letter to the board from Inter -County Title Co.
pretaining to deed executed by Eve Popovich. Manager also read the
Deed received from Eve Popovich granted to Truckee Public Utility
District and Resolution 6309.
A discussion ensued and Director Kaspian suggested Manager Longo
contact Eve Popovich to see if the board could get a more suitable
