So carried. ATTORNEY: Manager reported Mr. Paul Chamberlain indicated he would take the job as attorney for the District and manager requested" Boards consideration. Discussion ensued concerning attorneys the District has had in the past and their work on- various problems,, After consideration Board authorized manager to write letter to Mr. Wetherali terminating his service as of December 31st and to notify Mr . Chamberlain of the boards decision, Bildg,et report presented to the Board. Director -Firpo requested a report on outstanding bills. Discussion ensued concerning the judgement the District has against Hal Welch Manager advised he had discussed matter with Tom Dolley and he advised Mr. Welch's salary has a lien against it by his family. r-- Director Firpo felt that a deposit should be collected according to the Kw' s used on each account. The board felt ' a definite policy should be established concerning deposits and cut offs and a notice be put in the paper letting the people know the new established pol icy of the board, MANAGERS RE PORT : - - WATER: Manager reported McGlashons Spting open and producing three times the water after clearing. Manager reported he plans to dig a trench five feet wide -ten feet deep at the springs, Manager reported he -bad -not determined where -to put - the new tank purchased from surplus in the amount of $1, 25 0.00 F .O . B . Truckee, Director Fink asked if the District was to get someone out of town to erect the tank. Manager advised he would get someone in the business. Manager figured it would cost the District $10, 000.00 to put the tank in operation. Discussion ensued concerning Beavers sub -division, Ponderosa Palisades Additional Uhits, Manager advised Beavers will put the pipe in and the District has agreed to supply water. Manager reported no ,,.,,, lines have been put in as yet. ELECTRIC: Manager reported last of major items not installed at sub -station as yet. Best advised voltage regulators had to be hauled in by District crew, but the District will bill Graybar for labor.
