HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-11-28 Min - Board (2) DECLARING CANDIDATES ELECTED BOARD OF D IRECTORS TRUCKEE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT COUNTY OF NEVADA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 6722 WHEREAS,, in accordance with Section 23554,, Elections Code,, State of California, proceedings have heretofore been taken as required for the general district election to select candidates for the vacancies that will occur on the Board of Directors of the TRUCKEE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT the last Friday in Decem- ber, 1967; and, WBEREAS, there has been certified to this Board by the County Clerk, County of Placer, the results of the canvass of the returns of said election. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED that from the certification thus provided, this Board declares the results of said election and the canvass of the returns thereof as follows: 1 . TRUCKEE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT RESOLUTION #6 7 23 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TRUCKEE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT that that certain agreement, designated as L- (Truckee) 6265, providing for location of three(3) poles at Engineer's Station 693 plus 80, West of Truckee on property owned by Southern Pacific Company, subject to a fee of $10.00, be accepted, and the PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY of said BOARD,, are hereby instructed to sign said agreement on behalf of this DISTRICT.
