It appears to be quite beneficial that the District has gotten as far
as they have on this matter.
ELECTRIC EXTENSION POLICY - ADVANCED REQUIREMENT
Discussion continued on the extension policy. Manager and Mr. Cattan
answered questions from the Directors. Mr. Cattan explained the
District can not get a loan from REA unless we have sufficient proof
that we will have revenue with which to pay them back.
Discussion ensued,
Since we can not afford to go into a subdivision on a piece meal
basis, it was decided the District would apply the extension rule
we have which provides for the subdivider to give District revenues
equivalent to 24 monthly minirtium payments .
OLD BUG STATION
Manager shawed diagram of bug station and land surrounding it .
Mrs Edmunds wants more than $20,000.00 for her land near the building.
Mr. Cattan showed draw-J-ng of alternations of the building which
he had prepared. The area to be remodeled will cost approximately
$15 , 000 with $10, 000.00 for our own labor.
Director Rose suggested the Board go out and observe the building
and go over the alteration -plans .
The Board agreed to -meet on Thursday, December 5, at 2: 00 P M at the
building.
REPLACEMENT OF 1957 CHEVROLET PICKUPS
Manager passed out list of itemized costs on the old pickups. He
discussed the costs with the Directors,
It was decided it would be easier if we sell the trucks ourselves
rather than trade them in on new ones.
Manager recommends we call for bids on trucks, one to be a 4 wheel
drive, one to be non-slip rear end on two wheel drive.
Director's agreed to get bids on trucks .
