The merboers of the BoL.rd of Directors of the Truckee-Doliner Public
Utility District met in an adjourned djourned regular meeting cancelled on
April 1 due to abs�:nce Of a quorum, &t ti,-Ie (-)_ Tice of the District

Upon roll call the following Directors were noted presei-it : lvloore,,

Manager stated he sent copies of 2 letters he had received from
IB04 to each of the Directors so they would be aware of wh&wt correspon-
dence had taken place relative to the questions Mr . 1',Mderson has .
The first one being recognition. Ma,L-ic--=.ger informed local Union that
the Board did not wislh to recognize them at this time . TiJ.iere was a
letter from them asking the Board to reconsider .
The second letter was relative to the conditions of employment treat
would be discussed for the agreement JEor -LLi-ie ensuing year.

NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That Truckee Donner Public Utility
District, pursuant to authorization of its Board of Directors,
` will sell at public auction on th 22nd day of April, 1969, at
the hour of 1:90 o'clock, P.M. , of said day at the office of
Truckee-Donner Public Utility District, Truckee, Nevada County,
California, that certain item of personal property which the
Board of Directors have found and declared to be surplus, and
which is generally described as follows:
Two 1957 Chevrolet pickups
Sale of the aforesaid item will be without reserve and
without minimum, and no representation or warranties are made or
implied as to the age, state, or condition of repair, and sale
of said property being in condition as is and where is, and each
bidder shall satisfy himself fully in all respects in reference
to the sale.
The sale will be pursuant to sealed bids, which shall be
received by the District at the time and place set forth above,
and the sale price shall be payable in full and in cash at the
time of sale,- and sales tax or license or transfer fees, if any,
shall be paid by the sucessful bidder.
Bidders may examine the item the subject of sale at District
Warehouse, Truckee, Nevada County, California between the hours
of 8:00 a.m, and 5:00 o"clock p.m.
