RESOLUTION NO. 6915
of the
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
of the
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Truckee Donner Recreation and Park District have indicated
by Resolution 69-10 of their Board of Directors, intent to purchase
approximately 4.2 acres of surplus land situated on Brockway Road
for the sum of twenty thousand and no/100 dollars ($20,000.00) , and
WHEREAS, Truckee Donner Recreation and Park District desire to conclude
purchase of said land,
NOW THEREFORE BE, IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District , that upon receipt of payment in full,
the President and Secretary of this Board are directed to execute a
quit-claim deed for said land to Truckee Donner Recreation and Park
District .
Passed and adopted, by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a regular meeting duly held on the 15 th
day of July- _,1969, by the following roll call vote

RESOLUTION NO. 6916
of the
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
of the
TRUCKEE DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 1618 of the California Legislature 1969 Regular
session ammended July 7, 1969, among other things proposes to tax
Government Owned Utilities, and
WHEREAS, this Public Utility District 's gross electric revenues would
be subject to a fourteen per cent (14) tax thereby necessitating
a substantial increase in all classes of electric rates,
NOW TTL EREFORE BE_ J .REgi„Q ' ED; by the Board of Directors of the Truckee
Donner Public Utility District, this Resolution of protest against the
adoption of said Assembly Bill be forwarded to Assemblyman Eugene A.
Chappie and State Senator Stephen Teale, urging their opposition to a
gross revenue tax on Goverment Owned Utilities,
Passed and adopted, by the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District at a regular meeting duly held on the 15th
