The members of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility
met in a special meeting at the office of the District on Donner Pass Road
Truckee, California, at 7:30 P. M.
The purpose of this meeting was to amend Water and Service Rules.
We want to change Rule 12 of Rules and Regulations which refers to
Testing Meters. We wand it to read: 1 inch or smaller $10.00
Larger than 1 inch 20.00
The District tests their own meter When this rule is adopted
Manager will set out the rule for personel use in smaller form. Chairman
stated we have in effect right now Resolution 6912 which supersides this
book we have from Paul Chamberlain. It was explained that this was just
an addition. This Resolution isn't just for raising the rates, but to
insure us the people will pay the cost of the testing. This Deposit
will be paid before the test is made and will be refunded if meter is
in error. Will_:not be refunded if meter proves correct.
Last year six new meters were installed in Gateway and the old ones
tested to be correct. We will retain Rule 12 except for changing of fees.
Chairman read Resolution 6929. It was moved by Director Rose and
Seconded by Director Stone that we adopt Resolution. Resolution was
adopted by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Rose , Doyle , Stone ,

It is not proper to amend Rules and Regulations for electric service
at this time because it was not advertised on special notice. This will
not be acted on until next meeting.
Lengthly discussion ensued on line extension policy and matter will
be tabled until next regular board meeting.
There being no further business to be brought before the Board, it was
moved by Director Rose and Seconded by Director Loehr that the meeting
-- be adjourned. So carried-
