The special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee-Donner
Public Utility District was called to order by President Roy Waters
at 5 : 00 p.m. in the conference room of the district.
ROLL CALL: H. Loehr, present ; D. Anderson, arrived late ; N. Stone ,
present ; R. Anderson, absent ; R. Waters , present .
GUESTS PRESENT: Marigrey Fish, Patricia Sutton, Mrs . Loehr
EMPLOYEES PRESENT: Paulus , Kinzie, Krajewski
RESOLUTION 7325 - DECLARING CANDIDATES ELECTED
This resolution declares our two newly-elected directors , Patricia
Sutton and John Craig, officially elected. It was moved by Director
Stone and seconded by Director Loehr that this resolution be adopted.
ROLL CALL: H. Loehr, aye; D. Anderson, aye ; N. Stone, aye ;
R. Waters , aye ; R. Anderson, absent. SO MOVED.
At t1is time, the manager administered the Oath of Office to Patricia
Sutton.
There being no further business to come before the board, it was
moved by Director Loehr and seconded by Director Stone that the
meeting be adjourned. All aye; motion carried.
The special meeting was adjourned by the president, Roy Waters , at
5 : 10 P.M.

RESOLUTION NO. 7325
of the
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
DECLARING CANDIDATES ELECTED
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 23554, Elections Code,
State of California, proceedings have heretofore been taken as
required for the general district election to select candidates
for the vacancies that will occur on the Board of Directors of
the Truckee-Donner Public Utility District the last Friday in
November, 1973, and,
WHEREAS, There has been certified to this Board by the
County Clerk, County of Nevada, the results of the canvass of
the returns of said election,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED that
from the certification thus provided, this Board declares the
results of said election and the canvass of the returns thereof
as follows :
(1) The number of offices to be filled are two
(2) The name of each candiate and number of votes cast
for each candidate are:

and place duly called by this Board, a tie existed for any of the
available positions) are :

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND DECLARED THAT the secretary be
and hereby is instructed to forthwith issue certificates of
election to the above successful candidates hereinabovenamed
in paragragh (4) ;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND DECLARED that a copy of this
resolution be immediately filed with the Secretary of State
pursuant to Section 23554, Elections Code , State of California.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Truckee-
Donner Public Utility District at a special meeting thereof duly
called and held in the district on the 28th day of November ,
1973, by the following roll call vote :
