The, Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee-Donner
Public Utility District was called to order by the Chairman at 9:10 A.M.
ROLL CALL: Waters ,, absent; Sutton, present; Wilson, absent at roll call ,
arrived at 9:25 A.M. ; Anderson, present; Craig, present;
EMPLOYEES PRESENT: Hobensack, Kinzie and Chapman
OTHERS PRESENT: Don Strand (Dart) and James Coulombe (REA).
TAHOE DONNER ELECTRIC LINE ACCEPTANCE
After discussion with Don Strand on problems of acceptance and
energizing the lines, this matter was tabled until the August 5th Board
meeting.
RESOLUTION 7512 - WATER AND 'ELECTRIC STANDBY CHARGE
It was moved by Director Sutton and seconded by Director Anderson that
Resolution 7512 be adopted which fixes and places the water and electric
standby charge on District tax rolls for collection by the County of
Nevada.
ROLL CALL: Waters, absent; Sutton, aye; Wilson, absent; Anderson, aye;
Craig, aye; SO MOVED.
Exhibit "A" , the computer printout of the punch cards, was corrected
which dropped the total due to $57,080.00.
MR. JIM COULOMBE - REA FIELD REPRESENTATIVE
,. The Board discussed with Mr. Coul ombe the possibility of obtaining
additional REA funds on the existing $96,000 bond. Mr. Coul ombe explained
the requirements for qualifying for a REA loan and what the money could be
expended for. The Board discussed the present REA reports that are being
completed by Mary Chapman. Mrs. Chapman explained that with the way the
books were set up it was impossible to separate the water and electric
to complete the REA Form 7 balance sheet. Mr. Coul ombe said the forms
would not be acceptable to REA with the Water assets combined with the
Electric. He suggested the District meet and discuss this problem with
the REA Field Accountant, Al Brown, so that he could go over this with
the bookkeeper.
Following the discussion with Mr. Coul ombe, the Board adjourned the
meeting to executive session to discuss management while the Manager a-nd
clerk were excused. Mr. Anderson said he could not stay and left the
meeting.
Following the executive session, the meeting reopened to regular
session and it was moved by Director Sutton and seconded by Director Wilson
that the meeting adjourn.

The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors was adjourned by the
Chairman at 11 :25 A.M.

RESOLUTION NO. 75 12
OF
TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
FIXING AND PLACING ELECTRIC AND WATER STANDBY CHARGES ON
DISTRICT TAX ROLL FOR COLLECTION BY THE COUNTY OF NEVADA
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of TRUCKEE-DONNER PUBLIC
UTILITY DISTRICT did, on February 18, 1975, duly adopt Ordinance
No. 7501 fixing electric and water standby charges on lands within
the District boundaries, and providing a means for collection
thereof, and said ordinance has now become final; and
WHEREAS, said District has now determined the lands affected
thereby and the charges to be assessed, levied and collection on
the lands and parcels;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Nevada, State of California, levy the standby
charges against the parcels and owners of record listed on the
attached exhibit, called Exhibit "A" hereto, and made a part
hereof, and that the County Auditor and Tax Collector be instructed
to levy and collect said charges in the same manner as county taxes
as by law and in said ordinance provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of this District be
directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Nevada and the County Auditor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Board of Directors of TRUCKEE-
DONNER PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT at a meeting of the Board of
Directors held within the District on July 29th , 1975,
