1975 ANNUAL ADUIT
The President reported to the Board that he had contacted Arthur
Young & Company and spoke with Matt Gomez and Rich Hairston regarding the rate
study. Hairston indicated that their delay in completing Phase I of the
study was in obtaining capital expenditure information from the District.
Director Christensen moved that the District hold off on the audit with
Arthur Young until the District receives Phase I of the rate study. The
motion died for lack of second.
The Board instructed the Manager to contact Arthur Young and ask them
for completion of Phase I as proposed in their June 20th proposal and a
report to the Board on Phase I at the regular Board meeting of January 6, 1976.
The Board also agreed that all street lights downtown be lighted
through the month of December and that the downtown Christmas tree be
lighted.
At 6:30 P.M. the President called the Board into executive session
for discussion of Dart water lines. The secretary was excused and the
Manager and Dan Cook remained.
There being no further business to discuss the Chairman adjourned the
meeting at 7:45 P.M. following the executive session.
