SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 7, 1978
The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Truckee Donner
Public Utility District was called to order by President Maass in the District
office at 3: 10 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Directors Kuttel , Huber and Maass were present. Director Sutton
arrived at 3: 11 P.M. Director Hatch was absent.
EMPLOYEES PRESENT: A. Milton Seymour and Susan Craig.
OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Lloyd was present.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The President adjourned the meeting to Executive Session at 3: 11 P.M.
for the purpose of discussing personnel matters with Jim Lloyd, Labor Consultant.
RETURN TO PUBLIC SESSION
The meeting was reconvened to Special Session at 5:37 P.M.
POSSIBLE ACTION RESPECTING A RESOLUTION PROVIDING PROCEDURES FOR THE TERMINATION
OF CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES
POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION EXEMPTING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN THE
DISTRICT FROM ELECTRIC AND/OR WATER STANDBY CHARGES
By direction of the Chair, these items were tabled.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, Director Kuttel
moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was seconded by Director Huber.
ALL AYE BY VOICE VOTE. SO MOVED.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:38 P.M.
