Call to order 2. Roll call 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Changes to the agenda 5. Public Input - This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. (The public may comment on any subject that is not on the agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes, but speaker time may be reduced at the discretion of the Board President if there are a large number of speakers on any given subject.) DIRECTOR UPDATE 6. This item provides time for Directors to comment on any item within the purview of the District. (Each Director will be limited to three minutes.) CONSENT CALENDAR (Items may be acted on as a group or pulled from the consent calendar at the request of a Board member, staff member or member of the public, and subsequently acted upon separately.) 7 . Consideration of Final Completion of the District Donner Lake Substation Civil Improvements This item involves the Notice of Completion with Longo Construction for the Donner Lake Substation Civil Improvements Project. 8 . Consideration of Final Completion of the District Pipeline Replacement—2014 Project This item involves the Notice of Completion for the District Pipeline Replacement—2014 Project with Civil Engineering Construction. 9 . Consideration of a Change Order for the Tree Trimming Contract This item concerns an increase in the approved annual Contract for the for the electric line and tree trimming contract with Wright Tree Service. 11 . Consideration of Declaring District Vehicle Unit 212 Surplus This item concerns declaring an Electric Department Service Body Truck, Unit 212, as surplus. ACTION ITEMS ( Action item discussions will utilize the following format: (a) staff report, (b) public input, and (c) Board discussion and action) 12. Consideration of Adopting a Resolution for George Caballero's Retirement This item involves adopting a Resolution to commend George Caballero for his twenty-four years of service to Truckee Donner PUD. 13. Consideration of Adopting a Resolution to Commend Outgoing Director Ron Hemig This item involves adopting a resolution to recognize Ron Hemig for his twenty years of service to Truckee Donner Public Utility District. 14. Consideration of a District Customer Appeal of a Utility Deposit This item involves a District customer's appeal to the Board to waive a utility deposit. 15. Consideration of a Revised Grant Deed of Public Easement to Southwest Gas This item involves a revision to an easement to Southwest Gas for appurtenances in addition to a gas line that crosses the District's parcel APN 19-400-27. WORKSHOPS 16. Discussion of the 2014 Electric System Master Plan Report This item concerns a review of the Master Plan results through a presentation with our consultants, Electrical Consultants Inc. (ECI). 17. Discussion Regarding 2015 Board Training Schedule This item involves the 2015 schedule for Board training on topics which may include Brown Act, Sexual Harassment Prevention, Conflict of Interest, and Ethics. ROUTINE BUSINESS 18. October 31, 2014 a) Approval of the Treasurer's report of fund balances as of September 30, 2014 b) Approval of the disbursements for October 2014 19.
