District acquired GP Springs when it assumed control of the Donner Lake Water System in 2001 . District must insure its activities do not adversely affect water quality and natural resources. (Planning and Design) Conclusion The District has implemented a 3-year program at its Greenpoint Springs property and is coordinating with the LRWQCB to restore approximately 8,500 sq. ft. of high quality wetland habitat.
