Call to order 2. Roll call 3. Public input —This is time set aside for the public to address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. PUBLIC HEARINGS — At 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, two public hearings will be held for the purpose of receiving written and or oral comments from members of the public regarding: 4. The Board's intent to form Truckee Donner Public Utility District Community Facilities District No. 03-1, Old Greenwood, to levy special taxes therein and to issue bonded indebtedness. 5. The Board's intent to form Truckee Donner Public Utility District Community Facilities District No. 03-2, Gray's Crossing, to levy special taxes therein and to issue bonded indebtedness. Discussion of Donner Tract request for TDPUD to pay for their water laterals from the meter box to the home, possible action. a) Staff report b) Public input c) Board discussion and action 7. Donner Lake Water System Rehabilitation, Phase 2 CEQA process— Consideration of adopting the Final Negative Declaration, approving the project for purposes of CEQA, authorizing the filing of the Notice of Determination with the Nevada County Clerk, Office of the Placer County Clerk, and the Governor's Office of Planning and Research, approving the Mitigation Monitoring Plan, and adopting a finding that the draft documents as circulated and the Negative Declaration reflect the District's independent judgment. a) Staff report b) Public input c) Board discussion and action 8.
